2. Google and YouTube API Services

ProgramLive utilizes YouTube API Services to allow you to seamlessly create and manage live broadcasts directly from our platform. By using the YouTube integration features within ProgramLive, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

To provide this functionality, we request access to your YouTube account via Google OAuth 2.0.

a) What data we collect and why we request access:

We request the minimum necessary permissions (such as read/write scopes strictly for live stream creation). We use this authorization strictly to:

• Create live broadcasts on your behalf.
• Upload and set thumbnails for those specific broadcasts.
• Retrieve the stream status and URL to embed or link within your ProgramLive agenda.

b) What we do with that authorization:

The access tokens provided by Google are encrypted and stored securely within our AWS infrastructure. They are used exclusively by our backend systems to execute the exact commands you initiate via our interface.

c) What we DO NOT do:

• We do not sell your personal data or Google/YouTube data to any third parties.
• We do not access, read, or process your personal emails.
• We do not delete your YouTube content.
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

d) How to revoke access:

You can revoke ProgramLive's access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Upon revocation, we will promptly delete your stored OAuth tokens from our databases.

We utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to securely host our databases and store associated media. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your organizational and event data.
